Finding the right therapist for you is an important part of the healing and growing process. For this reason, I am happy to provide a free telephone consultation in order to help you determine your needs and whether I can support you in reaching your specific goals.
Counseling
I provide telemental health counseling services. Prior to your first appointment, we will discuss fee and payment options to determine what makes the most sense for you. Sliding scale rates may be available based on income or circumstance.

Out of Network Insurance Reimbursement
If you have out of network benefits, I am able to submit a monthly statement to your insurance company on your behalf. I recommend contacting your insurance company directly to inquire about your out of network behavioral health benefits including yearly deductible, percentage of reimbursement, number of approved visits, and whether a prior authorization is needed.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for our scheduled appointment, and have not provided 24 hours advanced notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session (emergencies or unforeseen circumstances excluded).
