EMPOWER & HEAL

Creating and maintaining a healthy relationship with oneself is an essential component in the journey towards personal healing and growth. In my work with individuals, I utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based to support and meet my clients where they're at. I like to incorporate mindfulness techniques with cognitive and behavioral therapies to assist you in building a deeper connection with yourself.
